What a night! The evening of the 1st ILLCF Gala was one to remember as we celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation and awarded our 20 scholarship recipients on stage among the caucus and the Lt. Governor, Juliana Stratton. The night also served as a reminder that we have so many opportunities on the horizon as a foundation, especially with community organizations and partners that see that same vision.
With the support of over 60 generous sponsors, we were able to raise $985,780 on the evening of the gala and reach over 1 million dollars by the end of 2022– funds that will be used to execute our mission of building the next generation of leadership while advocating for the needs and wants of the Latino community!
